Our office is located at 5, J.N.Heredia Marg, right in the heart of Ballard Estate. If you know Mumbai, you know this area has a lot of history with all the old stone buildings and wide streets. It’s a quiet corner compared to the rest of the city, which is nice for getting work done. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. The ceilings are high and it stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We deal with various business things here, mostly keeping the paperwork straight and talking to people on the phone. It’s a pretty standard setup, nothing too flashy. You’ll find us at our desks most of the day, dealing with whatever comes up. The local tea stall nearby is where most of us head when we need a break. It's a solid place to work. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but the stairs are fine. We have a small team here that’s been together for a while, so everyone knows their job. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of meetings, we just talk across the room if something needs doing. Ballard Estate has that old-school feel and we kind of fit right in. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily business as it comes. It's a steady routine every day from Monday to Friday. We are usually here until late evening finishing up the books and logs.
