Balaji Electroplates

Our place, Balaji Electroplates, is located at 1, Vijay Satveer Yadav Chawl. We are right in the middle of Appa Pada in Kurar Village, which is part of Malad East. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it's crowded and full of life. The chawl is a busy spot and there are always people moving around. We have our workshop here and it’s where all the plating work happens day in and day out. It’s not a clean, air-conditioned office; it’s a place of work with tools, tanks, and the smell of metal. We’ve been in Kurar Village for a long time. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. Every morning we get things ready and start on the orders. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a few of us making sure the jobs are done right. We deal with the heat and the noise because that’s just part of the job. The neighbors in the chawl are all working hard too, so there’s a sense of everyone being in it together. Getting to Appa Pada can be a bit of a trek through the narrow lanes, but everyone around here knows where Vijay Satveer Yadav Chawl is. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. People just know we are here in Malad East and they come to us when they have work. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
