Balaji Cool Cab

We are based in Matunga, which is a great spot because it is so central. Balaji Cool Cab is basically just a group of us who drive for a living. We don't have a big fancy office building; we mostly operate from the street and through our phones. Matunga has those nice leafy lanes and some of the best coffee spots, so when we aren't driving, you can usually find one of us taking a break near the local cafes. Our cars are our life. We spend a lot of time cleaning them and making sure the air conditioning is actually cold, which is important given the heat around here. Traffic in Matunga can be a nightmare during the school hours or when everyone is heading to the station, but we know the back lanes pretty well by now. We aren't some big corporate taxi chain. We are just local drivers who know the city and try to get people where they need to go without too much fuss. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult and the roads get flooded, but we keep going. It is a simple business. You call, we show up, and we drive. We have our regular customers who have been calling us for years, and we appreciate that loyalty. It is just a regular daily hustle, trying to stay cool and keep the wheels turning in this busy city.
