We have been here at Lokhadwala Plaza for a while now. Most people know the Southend B Main area on 28th Main Road, and that is where you can find us. It is a busy part of Andheri West, so there is always something going on outside the door. We spend most of our days sorting through the stock and making sure things are organized on the shelves. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular place where we keep the bags. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, or we have to move boxes around to make space, but that is just part of the job. People stop by when they are out shopping in the neighborhood. We know many of the regulars who walk past every morning. It is mostly about keeping the shop open and ready for whoever walks in. We do not really do big speeches or fancy displays. The bags are just there, and we help people find what they need if they ask. The floor gets dusty from the street traffic, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning up. Working in this part of Mumbai means dealing with the rain and the crowds, but we are used to it by now. We just stay focused on the work at hand. If you are near 28th Main, you have probably seen our sign. It is just a simple business running day to day. We do not overcomplicate things here.
