Babubhai Estate Agents

Babubhai Estate Agents is located at Shop No 4 in the Martin Lui Building. We are over in Mahim, specifically in the Ratanadeep Colony area. You can find us near Dange Chowk on the Wakad Road. The shop is a small place with a couple of old desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about property. It is often quite dusty inside because of all the traffic that goes past on Wakad Road. We aren't a big company with many branches or anything like that. We just know this specific neighborhood very well. Most of our time is spent walking around the local streets looking at buildings or talking to landlords. People come in looking for a small flat to rent or maybe a little shop space for their own business. We have been working out of this same building for a long time. It is a simple life of matching people with the right rooms. We don't use any fancy software, just our experience and knowing who is moving out and who is moving in. It is a bit loud with the noise from Dange Chowk but we are used to it by now. If you need to find us, just look for the Martin Lui Building and we are right there on the ground floor. We are just regular people helping other locals find a place to stay.
