B. R. Metal Syndicate

We are located right on the ground floor at Shop No. 1 in Khan Baug. 2nd Carpenter Street is usually full of trucks and people moving things around. B. R. Metal Syndicate deals in all sorts of metal supplies. Our shop is packed with stock, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to get around. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a convenient location for loading and unloading, even if the street is narrow. Dealing with metal means getting your hands dirty. We move pipes, sheets, and rods all day. There’s a specific rhythm to the work here. We know most of our neighbors and the guys who drive the delivery tempos. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the front desk waiting for the next order. We write everything down in those long yellow notebooks. It’s simple, but it works. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, so we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes down the street. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just provide the metal people need for their projects. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for decades. They know where we are and what we have in stock. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep working.
