B R Investments

We operate B R Investments out of 7 B in the Grants Building Annexe. It is right near the old Strand Cinema in Colaba, which is a part of Mumbai that has so much history. The building is quite old, and you can tell by the heavy doors and the high ceilings. Our office is not one of those modern places with glass walls and bright lights. It is just a regular room with wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We handle investment matters, which mostly involves a lot of reading, talking on the phone, and keeping track of numbers. Colaba is always loud and full of energy outside, but it stays relatively quiet once you are up in the Annexe. We have been here for a long time, and we know the other people in the building pretty well. Sometimes the elevator doesn't work perfectly, so we just walk up the stairs, which isn't too bad. We don't spend any money on advertising. Our clients are mostly people who have known us for years or were told about us by someone else. We like the neighborhood because we can walk to almost anything we need during the day. It is a simple, no-nonsense setup. We just come in, do our work, and head home like everyone else. It is a comfortable routine that has worked for us for a long time now. We don't see any reason to change things.
