Azzurri

Azzurri is located over in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to Lower Parel, you know how packed it gets. Our unit is 330, A/2. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. S.J. Marg is always a mess of cars and people rushing to get to their offices or workshops. Inside our space, it’s a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as possible into the floor area. We’ve got some desks and the equipment we need to keep things moving. It’s not one of those modern offices with glass walls and free coffee. It’s a workplace. We have tea from the stall downstairs twice a day, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the orders coming in and making sure the logs are updated. The lighting is a bit dim in the back corner, but we know where everything is. It’s been our home base for several years now. Being in an industrial estate means there’s always noise—drilling, hammering, or just people shouting down the hallways. You get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai, and Azzurri is just one small part of it, tucked away in unit 330.
