Azad Hardware Mart

We are Azad Hardware Mart and we operate out of 12/A, Mulraj Bhuvan. You can find us on A.D. Marg at Sewri Naka, right in the heart of Sewri West. This area is always moving. The building itself has been around for a long time, and our shop has that old hardware smell of metal and wood. We have nuts, bolts, and all the small things that people realize they are missing halfway through a job. It is a bit of a maze inside because we try to stock as much as possible in a small space. We spend a lot of time looking for specific sizes of screws for customers. Sewri is a gritty, hardworking part of Mumbai and we fit right in. There is no fancy display here. Just rows of drawers and heavy boxes. Usually, there is a bit of dust on the higher shelves because we can't reach them every day. We know the local contractors and the people living in the old buildings around here. They come in for a bit of wire or a new lock. It’s steady work. The traffic at the Naka can be loud, but it’s the heartbeat of the place. We start early and stay until the sun goes down. It’s just a regular hardware store doing what stores do. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to come in with a broken part.
