Ayers Coffee

We are based over in the Trombay Industrial Area, specifically in Chembur East. It is an industrial zone, so there are a lot of factories and big warehouses all around us. Our space is where we handle all things related to Ayers Coffee. It is not a retail shop where you would sit down for a coffee, but rather a place where the real work of the business happens. We spend our time roasting, grinding, and packing. The air around our unit usually smells like toasted beans, which is probably the best thing about being in an industrial park. It is a bit of a gritty area, with lots of trucks coming and going, but it works well for us. We have the space we need to manage our equipment properly. Chembur East is a good spot for getting our products out to the rest of the city. We keep things pretty simple here. There are not any fancy decorations or corporate posters on the walls. It is just us, the machines, and the heavy coffee bags. We have been in this area for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Most of our neighbors are doing similar hard work in different fields. We focus on getting the coffee right and making sure the batches are consistent. It is a practical setup.
