Aver Software Technologies Ltd. is located at Aver House, which is Plot No. B-26 on the New Link Road in Andheri West. If you know Mumbai, you know that New Link Road is always packed with cars and people. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. We spend most of our time inside Aver House working on software and different tech projects. It’s a busy environment and there’s always something going on. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or a team of people trying to sell you things. We’re just a group of people who enjoy working with computers and code. The office is practical and laid out for work, not for showing off to visitors. We get a lot of work done because we don't spend time on unnecessary meetings or corporate fluff. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few days. We’ve been in Andheri for quite a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with the new metro and all the shops popping up. We just keep doing what we do, which is building and fixing software. People know us for being straightforward and not overpromising on what we can deliver. It’s a tough city to work in, but we like the energy of being in Andheri West. We just take things one day at a time here.
