Aver Led & Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd

We’re located over in Andheri West, right at Aver House, B-26. It’s just opposite the Citi Mall, so we’re in a very busy part of Mumbai. The Link Road is right there, and the traffic is pretty much constant from morning till night. Our office is where we handle all the LED and solar energy work. It’s a bit of a tight space because we have boxes of lights and components stacked up in the corners. We don’t really go for that polished corporate look; we’re more about getting the work done. The lights in the office are always bright, mostly because we’re testing the stuff we sell. It’s a loud, energetic place to be. We have a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing a box if someone is out. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite all the fancy malls nearby, we just stay focused on our solar panels and LED strips. It’s a lot of manual work and checking specs. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes taped up near the computers. It’s just a normal workplace for us where we drink a lot of tea and stay busy.
