Our office is over in Andheri West, specifically at A-502 Royal Sands in Shastri Nagar. It is right off the New Link Road, so the location is pretty busy most of the time. Avance Fabrication And Equipment Trading Private Limited is the full name, but we usually just think of ourselves as the team up on the fifth floor. It’s a decent-sized space where we handle the trading and the equipment side of things. Living and working in Andheri means you get used to the noise and the pace of the city. We have a lot of stuff coming in and out, or at least the paperwork for it. The Royal Sands building has been our base for a while now. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that, just a functional office where the business side of fabrication gets sorted out. Usually, there are three or four of us around the desks, handling calls or checking on orders. It is a straightforward operation. We don't really go for anything flashy. We just want to get the work done and make sure the equipment gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don't mind much. It gives us a minute to breathe before we get back to the phones and the spreadsheets. We've got a lot of files stacked up, but we know where everything is when a customer calls us.
