We are based on the ground floor of the Pravasi Industrial Estate in Goregaon East. Our unit is B-13. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic it can get, especially in places like this. Our workspace is right in the thick of it. We work on energy systems, and most of our day involves assembling parts or testing different components. It is not a quiet office; there is always the sound of tools or something being moved around. Being on the ground floor makes it easier for us to load and unload equipment, which is a big help. Our team is a mix of people from different parts of the city. We do not really do big meetings or have many rules about how things should look. We just gather in the morning, see what needs to be shipped, and get to work. The Pravasi Industrial Estate has a lot of history, and we have been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the logistics a bit of a nightmare, but we just deal with it. We do not have any promotional slogans or fancy brochures. We just focus on the technical tasks in front of us and try to make sure everything works before it goes out. It is a plain and simple way of running things, and it works for us and the people we work with.
