Our place is at 413/E in Kalbadevi, right near the Hosakerehalli Cross. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the small lanes and constant traffic. Asmi Express is a logistics and delivery business, so things are always moving around here. We have packages coming in at all hours, and the floor is usually covered with tape, labels, and cardboard boxes. It’s not a quiet office. There’s always the sound of a motorbike starting up or someone shouting directions to a driver. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep track of all the shipments on an old computer that sometimes takes its time to load. We aren't a giant courier company with thousands of trucks. We are a smaller team just trying to make sure things get from one point to another without getting lost. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult or a van breaks down, and we have to spend the whole day fixing the schedule. It’s stressful at times, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we don’t panic much anymore. We just keep moving and do the best we can with the orders we have. It’s a busy, messy, and loud job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on the next delivery and keeping the records straight as we go.
