Asian Steel

Asian Steel is located at 339 Mazgaon within the Gidc Estate. We are situated near Rahi Road, which is a busy thoroughfare for trucks and heavy machinery. The area is very industrial, as you might expect from the name of the estate. Our yard is filled with various types of steel products, and there is usually a lot of clanging and banging as things get moved around. I spend my days out in the yard or in the small shed we use as an office. It is a dusty place, and the sun can be quite hot when you are standing out there among the metal. Being in Mazgaon is good for us because it is a central hub for this kind of industry. We have been at this spot for quite a while, and everyone around here knows where 339 is. We do not have any fancy brochures or a shiny showroom. What you see is what you get—a lot of steel and people working hard to get orders loaded. Sometimes the traffic on Rahi Road makes it difficult for the bigger trucks to turn in, but we always manage to figure it out. It is a tough, physical job, and we do not spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our business is done face-to-face or over a quick phone call. It is just a straightforward operation without any unnecessary extras or complicated processes involved.
