Asian Bearings

I'm sitting here at Asian Bearings, looking out from shop number two in the Roopraj Building. We've been at this spot on Charni Road along S V Road for quite a while now. If you know the Nadiadwala Colony area, you probably know where the Jain Mandir is, and we’re right near that. It’s a busy part of town but we like it here. People often stop by because they are looking for specific bearings for their machines or just some advice on what fits. It isn't a fancy office, just a practical shop where things get done. We spend most of our days sorting through stock and talking to regulars who come in from all over. The S V Road traffic can be a lot sometimes, but being near the mandir gives it a nice feel. We try to keep everything organized, though with so many small parts, it gets a bit cluttered behind the counter. That’s just how it is when you’re dealing with hardware and industrial stuff. It’s mostly just us working through the daily list of orders and helping whoever walks through the door. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or because they saw the sign while walking past the Roopraj Building. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who need what we have. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we're still right here in the same shop.
