We are located over at the Thiranga Housing Society in Mumbai. Specifically, it’s 113 on the 3rd floor at Kamthipura, Manaji Rajuji Road. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history. The office is a bit of a climb, but once you’re here, it’s a dedicated workspace. We have desks cluttered with calculators and ledgers. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it’s where we get all the accounting work done. We handle a lot of different cases, mostly for local traders and residents from the 400008 area. Every day is a mix of phone calls and looking over bank statements. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon; we just explain things as they are. The building can be quite lively throughout the day. We’ve been here for quite some time, so we know the local rhythm well. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us handling the taxes and audits. We usually start the day with a bit of a plan, but often someone walks in with a problem that needs fixing right away. It’s practical, honest work and we don't try to make it seem more complicated than it is. We keep the books straight and make sure everything is filed where it needs to be so the paperwork doesn't pile up too much and we can stay on top of things.
