Our printing shop is located in the Amey Society in Prabhadevi. It’s a place that smells like ink and paper most of the time, which we've grown to like. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the neighbors are used to the sound of the machines running late into the evening. We do all kinds of printing work, from small business cards to larger batches of flyers or forms. The space is a bit cramped because of all the equipment and stacks of paper everywhere. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend hours getting our hands dirty fixing them. That’s just part of the deal when you run a shop like this. We don’t have a corporate office or anything polished. It’s a workshop where we actually do the work ourselves. People from around Prabhadevi drop by with their files or just ideas, and we see what we can do to help them out. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve seen the technology change over the years, from old plates to digital, but the basic need for good printing stays the same. We don’t use any fancy sales pitches or marketing tricks. If you need something printed, we tell you how long it will take and what it will cost. It’s honest work that keeps us busy. The Amey Society is a quiet enough spot, but we stay busy inside. We like being part of this local area. It’s where we’ve built our routine, working with our hands.
