Asha Travels

Asha Travels is based in Andheri East. We are in Building No E 6, right at number 10. We are very close to the Marol Police Camp, which is the main landmark around here. If you find the police camp, you’ve basically found us. We’ve been running this travel desk for many years now. It’s a small room with a couple of desks and some old chairs for people to sit while they wait. We mostly help people with their bus tickets and train bookings. A lot of folks from the neighborhood come to us because they don't want to mess around with the online systems themselves. We spend our day looking at schedules and trying to find seats. It can be a bit stressful when everything is booked up during the holidays. The office is simple and functional. We don't have big glossy posters everywhere. We just have our computers and some notebooks. My cousin works here with me, and we take turns handling the customers. The building is a bit older, and the lane can get crowded with bikes. We know most of the people who live nearby. It’s a friendly place to work. We don't use any fancy language or big promises. We just try to get the tickets booked correctly so people can go on their trips. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Marol community.
