We are located over in Thane West, right off Ghodbunder Road. Our office is at Raj Ratan Park, specifically 5/406. If you know the area, you know how busy Ghodbunder can get these days with all the new shops and apartments going up. We’ve been sitting here in this corner of Thane helping people figure out their trips for a good bit of time. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us at our desks with a lot of maps and schedules spread out. People walk in looking for a way to get somewhere, and we sit down and try to find the best route that isn't going to be a total mess. Travel can be stressful for folks, so we try to keep things calm in here. We deal with trains, planes, and whatever else gets someone from point A to point B. The building we’re in is pretty easy to find once you turn off the main road. We like being in Thane because it feels like a real community where you know your neighbors. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside the window. We don’t use any of those big flashy systems, just our experience and a bit of patience. It’s a simple business but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. There is always someone here to answer a question or print out a ticket.
