Our office is No-234 on the second floor of Satra Plaza, which is in Sector-19-D of Vashi. Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city, and we like the space we have here. Arka Green Power Pvt Ltd is where we handle our renewable energy projects. It’s a modern building, but our office feels pretty lived-in with all the files and project plans lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings trying to get projects off the ground. Solar power is the main thing for us, but we look at all sorts of green energy options. The team here is pretty small, but we’ve been at it for a while. Vashi is a good location because it’s easy for people to get to us from different parts of Mumbai or even further out in Maharashtra. We usually have lunch at one of the spots nearby in the plaza. It’s a practical setup. We aren't interested in being flashy; we just want to make sure the installations we manage are done correctly. When someone comes in to ask about power plants or solar panels, we just give them the straight facts. There’s a lot of technical detail involved in what we do, but we try to keep the conversation simple. Most people just want to know if it’ll work and how much it’ll cost. We spend our days making sure we have those answers ready and that the projects keep moving forward. It is just everyday work for us.
