Arc Logistics Pvt. Ltd is located on the first floor of the Anurag Business Centre in Chembur. We are right on W.T. Patil Marg, which is a major road, and we’re quite close to the old Amar Cinema. If you’re coming by, look for the business center; we’re in suite 111. The office is pretty standard for a logistics firm in Mumbai. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of shipping documents that always seem to be growing. Chembur is a busy place, and the noise from the traffic on W.T. Patil Marg is a constant background sound for us. We spend our days coordinating freight movements, talking to vendors, and checking on shipment statuses. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have our tea breaks, we complain about the commute on the local trains, and we just get the work done. Logistics is messy sometimes, with delays at the port or trucks getting held up, and we just have to manage those issues as they pop up. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things that need to be delivered. It’s a straightforward operation run by people who live and work in the area, just trying to keep the cargo moving without making a big deal out of it. We are just a group of people working together in a small Chembur office.
