Anil V Pemgirikar

Operating out of Dadar East, we have our small space at Room 10, 14 B in Madhav Wadi. This part of the city, specifically Sector-37D near 98/, is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. Anil V Pemgirikar is really just a small local setup where we handle our daily business. It’s not a large office with dozens of employees, just a simple room where we get our work done. The building is older, and the hallways can be a bit dark, but it’s a good spot for us. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual administrative things and talking to people who drop by. Being in Madhav Wadi means we are close to everything, which is helpful when we need to run errands or meet someone. The space is a bit cramped because we have files and equipment tucked into every corner. We don't have a fancy reception area; it's more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something that needs fixing or an email that needs an answer. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood and the rhythm of the trains nearby. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We just try to stay organized and keep up with the work as it comes in. It’s just a regular office day for us, most of the time.
