Aniket Fabricators

Aniket Fabricators is located at Shop No 5 in the White Arch building, over on Althan Road near Bhatar Road in Kandivali West. We deal with metal and iron work mostly. If you walk past Sawant, you'll probably hear us before you see us because there is usually some welding or cutting going on. It is a dusty job and the shop floor is always covered in scraps and filings, but that is just how fabrication work goes. We make grills, gates, and sometimes window frames for the houses around here. It is heavy work and my hands are always stained with grease or iron dust. We aren't a big factory with robots; it is just us with our tools and some old machines. We take the measurements, cut the pieces, and weld them together right here on the floor. Sometimes the orders take a bit longer if we run out of a certain type of rod or if the power goes out, which happens now and then. We try to be honest about how long things will take. It’s a small shop and we’ve been in this part of Kandivali for a good while now. People know they can come to us for a sturdy gate that won't fall apart after one monsoon. It is just practical, hard work done by real people. We stay busy most days and usually close up once the sun goes down.
