Heighten Trading Company

We’re located at 4 Kingston in Shastri Nagar, which is over in Andheri West. Heighten Trading Company operates out of this space, which is a mix of an office and a small storage area. Andheri West is a busy place to be, but our little corner in Shastri Nagar is relatively okay compared to the main roads. We spend most of our time at our desks, coordinating with different suppliers and trying to figure out the best way to move goods from one place to another. We aren't a huge trading house with fancy logos or a PR team. It’s just us, a few phones, and some computers that have seen better days. We do a lot of trading in various items, so the inventory changes quite a bit from month to month. Sometimes the office is full of crates, and other times it’s mostly just paper files. We like being in Andheri because it’s close to everything, though the traffic getting here can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually start the day early to beat the rush and stay until the work is finished. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just buy and sell things and try to make a living at it. It’s a straightforward business and we like to keep it that way without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes we even forget to eat lunch because the phone calls just keep coming through one after another.
