Andheri Tea Depot

It’s a bit funny because we are called Andheri Tea Depot but we are actually located in Borivali East. You can find us over in Sector 44 C. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so things are a bit quieter here than in the main market areas. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The shop is just a small part of the building where we keep all our different tea varieties. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, it's just us. Most days involve opening up the bags and letting the scent of the tea fill the room while we wait for neighbors to drop by. We get a lot of regulars from the sector who just want their usual pack for the week. We keep some records in an old notebook and try to remember everyone's name. The shop itself is pretty plain. We have some wooden shelves and a scale that has seen better days, but it still works fine. There is a tree outside that gives us some shade in the afternoons which is nice. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation. We just like being the local spot in Borivali East where you can get decent tea without any trouble. It’s a steady rhythm of filling jars and chatting with people who have lived in Sector 44 as long as we have.
