Mpil Steel Structures Limited is based out of the Trade Star building in Andheri East. We are up on the 6th floor in the B-Wing. Being on Andheri Kurla Road means it’s always busy outside with cars and the metro passing by. Our headquarters is where the planning happens for all the big steel projects we handle. It’s an office environment, so you see a lot of blueprints, files, and people on phones. We deal with structural steel, which means a lot of coordination between the guys on the construction sites and the folks here in the office. The 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of JB Nagar, but mostly we are focused on the paperwork and the logistics. It can get pretty stressful when there are big shipments of steel moving around elsewhere, and we have to make sure everything matches the drawings. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. The office isn't overly fancy, just a place for us to sit and get the scheduling sorted. Most of us take the train or drive through the heavy Mumbai traffic to get here every morning. We have our daily routines, like the mid-morning tea break and the quick lunches. It’s a solid group of people who understand how steel works. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny lobby; we just want the structures to be built right.
