Anant Estate And Finace Consult is located over at 74 Mumbai Proctor Road. We work out of Emmanuel Apartment. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential building, but it works well for us. Proctor Road can get quite busy with traffic, but once you are inside the apartment, it’s a lot quieter. We handle estate and finance matters for people in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of sitting around the table going through papers and looking at numbers. We aren't a big bank or a fancy firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you just come in and sit down with us in the office space we’ve set up here. We’ve been here in Mumbai for a while and have seen many people come and go from the building.
