Our office is situated in Santacruz East, specifically in New Anand Nagar. We are at 3 186, which is quite close to the Vakola Police Station. This is the base for Anand Jeswani Associates. Mumbai is a busy place, and being in the 400 055 area means there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle our professional work from this small space. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a regular office where we deal with our clients. We’ve been part of this community for a good bit of time now. People know us as the local associates who just get on with the job. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of paperwork most days. Having the police station nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find the building. We appreciate the local feel of Vakola. It’s a hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in with that. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with the traffic and the noise, but that’s just Mumbai life. We focus on our tasks and make sure our clients are taken care of without any unnecessary fuss.
