Amol Pepsi

Amol Pepsi is just a small shop we have here on Amli Street in Bhandup West. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now, and not much has changed inside the shop over the years. We mostly sell Pepsi and some other sodas that people like when it’s hot outside. The address is 41369, but locals just know us by the sign out front. It’s a busy street with people always walking to the station or coming home from work. In the afternoons, when the sun is really hitting the front of the shop, we pull down the shutter halfway to keep it a bit cooler inside. We have a few crates stacked up near the entrance and a small fridge that sometimes hums a bit too loud. My brother and I take turns sitting at the counter. We know most of the people who stop by for a drink. They usually just want something cold and quick. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just a basic place to get a bottle of soda. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we have to rearrange all the crates ourselves, which is a lot of work. Bhandup West is a crowded area, but we like being here. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night when we finally close up.
