Ami Metals

Ami Metals is located at Dahisar East, in a spot labeled B/30/2. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don't have a lot of extra space, so every inch of the shop is used for something. Mostly it’s just piles of metal that we need to sort through. Dahisar East has a certain feel to it, a bit away from the main chaos but still very much working-class. Our unit at B/30/2 is where we spend the bulk of our time. Usually, you’ll find one of us looking through a ledger or moving a crate. It isn't the kind of business that needs a big billboard. We rely on the fact that we’ve been in this spot for a while and people know where to find us. The walls are a bit stained and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it works for us. We handle the metals day in and day out. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, so we keep the door wide open to catch whatever breeze comes through Dahisar. There’s no corporate ladder here. We are just a few people getting the work done. We don't talk about visions or missions because that's not how we think. We just think about what needs to be shipped out tomorrow. It’s an honest way to make a living and we are okay with that. It is just metal and hard work at the end of the day.
