You can find us at Amco House, which is number 77 on 4th Kumbharwala Lane. We’re tucked in near Moti Cinema and not too far from Harkisandas Hospital. It’s a very busy part of the neighborhood, and finding parking is usually a nightmare. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The ground floor is where most of the metal is kept, and it’s a bit of a maze back there. We deal with all sorts of metal parts and supplies. The office upstairs is where we take the orders. It’s an old building, so it has high ceilings and those heavy wooden doors. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to shout over the phone. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here forever and people know our name. It’s a small team, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We know where every single item is located, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. We deal with a lot of regular contractors and builders. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to provide the metal people need for their projects. It’s a simple, local business through and through. We usually close up shop as soon as the sun goes down and the traffic starts to thin out a bit.
