We've been here at Phuga Factory Compound for quite some time now. If you head down Chincholi Bandar Road Ext and take the Link Road in Malad West, you’ll find us tucked away. It's a busy spot with lots of noise from the machines. We spend most of our days dealing with various metal parts and getting things ready for whoever needs them. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes the traffic on the Link Road gets pretty bad, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. The workshop has its own rhythm. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the orders are handled right. It gets a bit hot in the summer months under the shed, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. People just stop by the factory when they need some metal work done without any fuss. We don’t spend much time on the computer or writing things down in fancy ways. We mostly just talk to folks who drop by and show them what we’re working on at the moment. It’s a straightforward life here in Malad. We focus on the metal and making sure the dimensions are what they should be before anything leaves the compound. That's pretty much how we spend our weeks from Monday to Saturday.
