We've been at Office No 6 in the Ahmed Building for a good while now. It's on the first floor, right there on P.B. Marg. If you know the area near Moti Talkies, you've probably passed us plenty of times. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and steep, but we manage just fine. Most days are just spent handling orders and talking to people who need various steel items for their projects. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the noise from the street vendors, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a small team trying to get the work done right without any unnecessary fuss. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually sort through the piles of paperwork on the desks. We deal with all sorts of steel supplies and it keeps us busy from the time we open until we lock up in the evening. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood or have been coming to this part of town for decades. It's a bit of an old-school way of doing business, mostly face to face with a handshake. We like being centrally located because it makes logistics a little easier for the transport trucks, even if finding a parking spot is always a nightmare. If you're coming by, just look for the small sign near the entrance of the building. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place where we work and keep things moving.
