Alliance Workforce Management

Alliance Workforce Management is located in Kurla West, on Pipe Road in the V.B. Nagar area. It is an LIG building, number 3/1. If you know Kurla, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded places in Mumbai. There is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. We manage workforce stuff from here, which involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of people. The office is small and a bit cramped with all the paperwork and files we have to keep. We do not have any fancy decorations or a big sign. It is just a place where we sit and work. The building itself is quite old and simple, but it serves our purpose. We spend the day talking to workers and clients, trying to get everyone matched up. Lunch usually involves getting something from one of the many stalls nearby on the street. It is not the kind of place where you would expect a big corporate meeting, but it works for us. We have got a couple of ceiling fans that keep things moving, and the windows look out over the street activity. It is a very real, very busy environment. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized amidst all the chaos of Kurla. Sometimes it feels like a lot, but we just keep pushing through it every single day. That is how it goes here.
