Our spot is over in Versova, inside the Gulshan society on Yari Road. We are in building number ten, which is quite close to Aga Khan Baug. If you know the area, it is mostly residential but there are plenty of small businesses tucked away. Finding the right block can be a bit of a puzzle the first time because all the buildings look similar. We are on the ground level mostly, dealing with people who want to go on trips or need help with their travel documents. The kids from the society are usually playing outside in the evenings, so it stays lively. Inside the office, it is just desks, some old maps on the wall, and the sound of the fan. We handle a lot of local queries from people living nearby in the complex. Yari Road is always crowded in the mornings with people heading to work, so we usually get started once the main rush dies down. It is a quiet enough place to sit and figure out itineraries. We don't have a big sign or anything, just enough so people know where to knock. The neighbors are nice and we have been in this part of Versova for a good bit of time now. We just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure nobody misses their train or plane. There is always someone coming in to ask about passport renewals or bus timings.
