Aliens Dance Group

Aliens Dance Group is located at Parel Chandanvan Society, number 10990. We are right in the middle of a residential area, which means we often have music echoing through the halls during practice. It is just a group of us who really like to move and put together routines. The society is a typical one for the area, and we use the space we have to work on our steps. It isn't a fancy studio with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and expensive lighting. It is more of a practical space where we can sweat and learn new moves. Sometimes we get a bit loud and the neighbors might hear the bass through the walls, but usually, it's fine. We started this because we wanted a place to dance without having to travel too far into the busier parts of the city. The name Aliens sounded fun when we picked it, and it just stuck over time. We aren't professional performers for big movies or anything, just a local group that takes dancing seriously in our own way. We spend a lot of hours here every week just trying to get the timing right. It’s a bit messy sometimes with bags and water bottles everywhere, but it feels like a real community whenever we are all together on the floor. Most days we are just here practicing until the light fades. It is a good way to spend our time in Parel.
