Al Sofi Impex

We are based out of Mumbai-400058. Al Sofi Impex has been here for a while now. It's just a small office where we do our daily work. Most of the time we're tied up with paperwork and talking to folks on the phone. The area is quite busy, which keeps us on our toes. My cousin used to work here with me, but now it is just a few of us managing the day-to-day. We deal with various goods coming in and out. It’s nothing fancy, just a regular workplace in the city. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but we manage. We’ve stayed in the same spot because it works for us and people know where to find us. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from word of mouth. If you come by, you’ll probably see a stack of boxes or someone rushing out to a meeting. We just try to get things done without making a big fuss. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when shipments are delayed. Every day is a bit different, but that is how it goes when you are running a business in Mumbai. We like the neighborhood. It has good tea stalls nearby. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and discussing what needs to happen next. It's just a normal business doing its thing in 400058. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the lights on and the work moving. It's home for us.
