Our office is located in NTC House on the first floor. It’s an old building on N. M. Marg, right in the heart of Ballard Estate in Fort. If you’ve ever walked around here, you’ll know it for the grand stone buildings and the wide streets that feel a bit different from the rest of Mumbai. It’s a very traditional business district, and being here feels like being part of the city’s trade history. We handle our trading operations from this space, which has high ceilings and those big windows common in these old structures. The area is usually quiet compared to places like Dadar or Andheri, which we quite like. During lunch hours, you can see people walking around the leafy lanes or sitting near the port area. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and buyers, mostly through phone calls and old-fashioned paperwork. The atmosphere in NTC House is quite professional but not in a stiff way. It’s just people getting on with their jobs. We have a lot of regular visitors who drop by to discuss business, and we usually offer them some tea from the canteen. The Fort area has its own charm, and being near the docks is very convenient for the kind of trading work we do. It’s a solid, reliable place to be, and we’ve grown quite fond of our corner here after all these years.
