Akesi

Akesi is the name we use for our business activities. If you want to get in touch with us, the best way is through our email at dnmerchant@gmail.com. We don't have a physical office that we open to the public, so you won't find a building with our name on it. We decided a while back that we didn't need the extra cost of a storefront when most of what we do can be handled through direct communication and working on-site or remotely. It’s a very lean way of operating, and it allows us to just focus on the tasks at hand. We handle various merchant-related things and projects that come our way through that Gmail account. It is usually just one or two of us looking at the messages and deciding how to move forward. We don't use any fancy software to track our customers; we just keep things organized in our own way. It might seem a bit old-fashioned or small-scale to some, but it suits us just fine. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to do good work and keep our clients satisfied. If you send an email and don't hear back immediately, we are probably just out in the field or busy with another task. We eventually get to every message. We believe in being honest and just doing what we say we will do without any extra fluff or corporate talk.
