AKDS ASSOCIATES VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Rafi Mansion in Bandra West. Our office is up on the 28th floor, so the view of the city is actually pretty decent when the weather is clear. We’ve been here for some time now. It’s a private company, but it really just feels like a group of people trying to build something together. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The desks are usually covered in files and coffee mugs. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when we have a lot of projects going at once. We aren't the type to wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just jeans and work. Bandra is a fast place, and we try to keep up with it. Rafi Mansion has been around for a bit, and we like being in this part of town. It’s easy to get to, though traffic on the way here can be a real pain in the afternoon. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. There isn't some big grand strategy we talk about all day. We just show up, do what needs doing, and go home. That's how AKDS Associates stays moving. It’s practical and it works for us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Sometimes the internet goes out for an hour, and we just use that time to talk or grab a snack from the vendor downstairs. It's just normal life in a Mumbai office.
