Akar Tools Ltd. is tucked away at Gala No. 5 inside the National Rubber Compound. If you are driving down I. B. Patel Road, you have to look for the turn-off, or you might miss us entirely. The compound has a lot of history and other businesses operating out of it, so there is always a lot of movement and trucks coming and going. We have been in this specific unit for quite some time. It is a practical space where we keep our stock and handle the daily orders. The air usually smells a bit like metal and industrial oil, which is pretty standard for this part of town. We are not the type of place with a big shiny showroom. It is more about having the right tools on the shelves when someone needs them for a job. A few of us have worked here for years, so we have a routine down. We start the day by checking what needs to go out and then we just get to it.
