Ajit Tempo Servcies

Ajit Tempo Servcies is based out near the Vitt Bhatti area, right by the Film City Signal in Goregaon East. If you are coming down the Pune Solapur Road, you can't miss the turn. It is a very busy intersection with lots of trucks and tempos moving in and out all day long. Vitthal Nagar is where we spend most of our time. The ground here is a bit uneven and there is always a bit of mud or dust depending on the season. We have a small cabin where we keep the keys and the logbooks. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of all the heavy vehicles, but it is functional. Most of the guys here wear old shirts because you're bound to get grease on you at some point. We start very early, usually before the sun is even up, to beat the heavy traffic at the signal. There is a small tea stall nearby where we all gather in the morning to talk about the day's routes. It is a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are blocked, but we just get on with it. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where to find us by the signal. It’s honest work and it keeps us moving every single day. We are just trying to make a living and keep the vehicles running.
