Our office is over at Visa Niwas, right on V L Road in Kandivali West. If you know where the Jain Hotel is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a bit of an old building, but it’s easy for people to find once they get to this part of the road. We’ve been doing consultancy work from this spot for quite some time now. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork and talking to people who come in with various questions throughout the day. The office is usually piled with folders and files because there's always something to keep track of. It's not one of those glass-and-steel offices you see in the city center. It’s more like a room with some sturdy desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down by hand. People from the neighborhood drop in quite often just to check on their stuff or get an update. Since we’re near the hotel, it’s a landmark everyone knows. We don't do much advertising; people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes it’s slow, other times we’re rushing to finish things before the day ends. That’s just how the consultancy business goes here in Kandivali. We've seen the area change a lot over the years, but we're still here at the same desk.
