We are Agnihotri Jha Associates, located over in Malad West. You can find us at the Nand Deep Industrial Estate on Kondivita Lane, specifically at unit 2505. Being in an industrial estate means there is always some noise and activity from the other units, which we’ve gotten used to. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle our daily associates' work. It’s not decorated with fancy furniture or anything like that. We just have our desks, computers, and a lot of files. We’ve been at this Malad West location for a good while now. We don't believe in using a lot of corporate jargon or making big promises. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever challenges come up during the day. Kondivita Lane can be a bit tricky with traffic sometimes, but it’s a good spot for us to be. We prefer the honest, no-nonsense way of doing business. Most of our time is spent on the details of our projects. It’s a busy life here at Nand Deep Industrial Estate, but we enjoy the pace. We just keep things practical and focus on getting the job done right for everyone who relies on us. That's just how we operate at Agnihotri Jha Associates. We have a few plants on the windowsill that we try to keep alive, but the work usually takes most of our attention during the week. We just get through it.
