Aero Wheels Travels Pvt Ltd is located in A Block of Ekta Appartment over in Andheri East. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a quiet spot in the apartment complex where we handle all the bookings. Most of the time we are on the phone or checking routes on the computer. It gets quite busy here in the mornings when the drivers call in. Andheri East is always packed with traffic, so we spend a lot of time trying to figure out the best ways for people to get around without getting stuck for hours. We’ve been here at A/9 for a bit now and most of the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to make sure the cars show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the phone line acts up, but we manage. People come by the office to drop off papers or just to talk about their travel plans face to face. It feels more personal that way than just doing everything online. We have a few desks and some old maps on the wall. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, it's just one of us sitting there with a cup of tea, trying to organize the schedule for the next day. It’s a lot of work keeping things moving, but we like the neighborhood.
