Ads Controls

We’re located on the ground floor of Indraprastha Apartment over in Mulund East. It’s a bit of a residential spot at Salvi Wadi, which makes it feel more like a neighborhood business. Ads Controls is tucked in on Mithagar Cross Road. Being on the ground floor is handy because we’re always moving equipment in and out. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s more of a working space where we handle control systems. You’ll see plenty of wires and components if you walk in. The street outside can get a bit narrow with parked scooters, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the people nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our technical work and help out the clients who find us here. It can get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project, but that's just part of the process. We prefer the local feel of being in an apartment building rather than a big office park. It keeps things simple and keeps our overhead down. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so we just focus on the job at hand. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. No big fuss or complicated processes.
