Aditya Plasto Pack

Our place here in Goregaon East 218/C is always a bit noisy because of the machines running in the back. Aditya Plasto Pack is really just a bunch of us trying to keep up with the orders for plastic bags and wrapping stuff that come in daily. The building is an older one and sometimes the lights flicker when the heavy cutters start up but we have learned to ignore it over time. There are rolls of plastic stacked up almost to the ceiling in some corners which makes moving around a bit tight. I usually spend my morning checking the schedule and making sure the delivery truck can actually get through the narrow lane outside. It is not a polished office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some old desks near the entrance where we sit to handle the paperwork. Sometimes the tea spills on a ledger or a phone won't stop ringing when we are right in the middle of a big batch. We just do the work and send the packs out to whoever needs them. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time and we just get on with things without making a big fuss. It is hot work especially when the machines have been on all day but we manage to get through the pile of orders eventually. It is just a regular factory day for us.
