Royal Crafts And Dies is based in Mulund West. We are in Gala No. 229, inside Ramgopal Industries. It’s right opposite where Jawahar Talkies used to be, which is a big landmark for people who have lived in Mulund for a long time. Working in an industrial gala is different from a regular office. It’s noisy, there’s a lot of metalwork happening, and it smells like oil and machines. We make dies and do various craft-related industrial work. It’s a hands-on job. I’ve been here for years, and the space is filled with old tools and bits of metal from past projects. We don't have a fancy waiting room. If someone comes to see us, they usually stand in the workshop while we talk. It’s a practical environment. Ramgopal Industries is a busy estate with a lot of other businesses doing similar work. We all know each other. Opposite Jawahar Talkies is where the main entrance is, so it’s not too hard to find. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the machines act up, or we have a rush order that keeps us late into the night. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make things that people need for their own manufacturing. It’s honest work in a busy part of Mulund.
